Simple delivery documentation thanks to digital delivery and collection bill
The booking made by the driver in the APP can be immediately converted into a digital delivery or collection bill, which is immediately available to the customer as well as the shipper.
The delivery orders are combined into a delivery bill by scanning the delivered racks, which is then digitally signed by the customer on the tablet or smartphone.
Photos of the delivered racks and goods can be created and attached to the delivery.
The complete delivery note with all relevant data, including photos and signature, are directly into the system and are available centrally. This means that you, as well as your customer, can access the data at any time - even retrospectively.
Simple recording of service cases
Each individual element can be scanned and identified on the basis of the transmitted production IDs.
This allows service and complaint cases to be created directly with the data record in the APP. Using the function to add images and texts, a qualified query can be made with all relevant data so that the case can then be processed.
The complete report with all relevant data and photos are also transferred directly into the system and are available centrally. This means that you, as well as your customer, can access the data at any time - even retrospectively.
