Asset Tracker
In the area of asset trackers, we work with devices from SLOC in Graz. The trackers are already being used in various applications by well-known companies in Europe and the USA, particularly in the waste disposal industry. There, the tracker not only transmits the position but also filling levels and temperatures. The devices are robust and field-tested with regard to wind and weather as well as external influences, especially in the area of rubble skips.
The great advantage of the devices is that they can be configured with changed settings via SOTA (settings over the air) - at any time and depending on use - without the tracker having to be within range. The tracker reports itself and checks for possible updates and installs them if specified.

Tracking the position of goods carriers, racks, trailers, construction equipment, etc. that cannot provide their own power supply.
Typical applications include glass and window transport racks, but also goods carriers for components in industry, where the focus is on the current position of the asset.

Areas of application:
Live tracking of vehicles with active power supply by connecting to the vehicle. The tracker can communicate via BLE with the trackers advanced and ultimate as well as BLE beacons and share its own live position with the connected assets for more transparency. Via the ODB socket, the tracker can be attached and used immediately on any type of vehicle.
