Our goal as a platform is to achieve the most efficient and best possible benefits for our customers via interfaces . Especially when it comes to digitalization, the focus must be on secure and direct data exchange between systems. For this reason, we also enable our customers to dock their existing production systems to our platform via an interface. This allows us to transfer production data, such as a packing list for the racks, individual packages or delivery addresses, from the existing ERP software. This data is then available to the driver and your customer in the web client or in the APP. This data can be used to map other processes such as digital delivery bills, route planning and order tracking.
We can also feed data from the BISS.ID portal back into your ERP system or DMS software. Be it the ID numbers of the racks, delivery documents or the status and holding period of the racks.
Only when systems can interact with each other is the benefit maximized for everyone involved in the process. We have our own transfer server for this purpose, which we can use to exchange data quickly and securely. We have already connected a wide variety of software systems to our platform.
Direct connection
Via the open REST interface, our customers can dock directly to the platform and retrieve and send data via their personalized access.
File Transfer
As a proven alternative, we have set up a transfer server together with our cooperation partner CARLO Network, which also allows our customers to work with a standardized CSV import and export.
