BISS.ID Building I Module assembly
The extension for coordination and documentation of assembly
The installation of building components on the construction site is a crucial step in the construction process and at the same time a phase that presents numerous challenges for everyone involved. Whether manufacturers, installers, or site managers each party faces its own, but closely interlinked, requirements that demand good coordination and communication combined with flexibility.
Easy documentation of installation
Specialist dealers or manufacturers can use the BISS.ID BUILDING module to create and manage their own projects. Once an order has been approved, a project is created with all the necessary data and the installers are assigned. The installer receives all the necessary data about the project and the products via the BISS.ID app. Using the app, the windows can be immediately assigned to the installation location by reading the ID, and their installation, including installation materials, can be documented.
The project manager always has an up-to-date overview of the installation progress and any issues that arise. The site manager/architect can also be granted access so that they are always up to date.

Easy recording of repeat orders and service cases

Based on the transferred production IDs, each individual element can be scanned and identified.
In the app, service and complaint cases can thus be generated directly with the data record. Using the function to add images and text, a qualified query can be made with all relevant data so that the case can then be processed.
The complete report with all relevant data and photos is also transferred directly to the system and is available centrally. This means that service orders and/or your customer can access the data at any time – even retrospectively. *** Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version) ***
